Installed Building Products, Inc. (NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, has acquired Orr Industries, LLC. Established in 2012, Orr has locations near Scranton, PA with services in Pennsylvania and New York. Orr primarily installs spray foam and fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial projects and offers fireproofing and waterproofing services for commercial structures as well.
“With approximately $10 million of annual revenue, Orr expands our presence in Pennsylvania,” stated Jeff Edwards, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “To date in 2022, we have acquired approximately $88 million of annual revenue.
