VPE Holdings, an affiliate of Platinum Equity, completed a secondary offering of 20 million shares of Class A common stock in Columbus-based Vertiv Holdings Co., a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions.
The 5.3% stake was sold August 9 at a price of $34.91 per share, yielding $698.2 million for Platinum Equity.
