Safelite® Group, the Columbus-headquartered vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Safelite® AutoGlass, has acquired the assets of Quick’s Glass Service. The transaction helps expand Safelite’s capacity and will extend its footprint in the northern Central Valley of California.
Quick’s Glass Service — owned and managed by Clint Harless — currently operates various brands in the northern Central Valley of California, including Quick’s Glass Service, Sacramento Autoglass and Stockton Auto Glass.
Quick’s Glass Service has five locations across California, including Marysville, Yuba City, Sacramento, Lodi and Stockton. The acquisition will aid in expanding Safelite’s customer base in California and provide additional support to the company’s supercenter in Sacramento, alleviating capacity challenges in the area by providing overflow coverage and additional technicians for repairs. Quick Glass Service has approximately 35 employees.
Safelite serves 10 million customers annually and employs 15,000 people throughout the U.S.
