Wrench Group, LLC, a home services company, has acquired Buckeye Heating & Cooling, an air conditioning and heating services company in the Columbus area.
Buckeye will operate under the service umbrella of Williams Comfort Air, an Indianapolis-based home services company with locations in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Williams Comfort Air joined the Wrench family in 2021 as its Midwest flagship and they have a strong footprint throughout the region.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Buckeye will retain its local leadership and management, and continue to operate under its current brand. They currently have approximately 35 team members, and serve thousands of customers across the Columbus area.
