TRITEC Performance Solutions, an Edgewater Capital Partners company, has acquired Leeco Industrial Plastics Inc.
Swartz Creek, Mich.-based TRITEC is acquiring the Giddings, Tx., company to expand its reach, machining capabilities and product line. Leeco’s custom tight tolerance industrial parts will complement TRITEC's current offering, and adding a presence in the Gulf Coast expands TRITEC's footprint in a key geographical region.
“Leeco's reputation for providing custom, tight tolerance products, primarily made of PTFE and PEEK materials, continues Edgewater's focus in performance material and engineered component businesses," Edgewater partner Bob Girton said in a statement. “We're excited to support both companies in reaching their next stage of success as a combined organization.”
