Eaton completes Switchgear deal

Power management company Eaton has completed the acquisition of Innovative Switchgear Solutions Inc., a specialty manufacturer of medium-voltage electrical equipment serving the North American utility, commercial and industrial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
