Benesch represented Sioux Chief Manufacturing, a family-owned plumbing manufacturer based in Kansas City, Missouri, in the acquisition of the combined businesses of Wire Products Company & Globe Pipe Hanger Products Inc., a full-service manufacturer of highly-complex, close tolerance precision machined components.
The Benesch team was led by Ira C. Kaplan and includes Cheryl Donahue, Ester Khaykin, Logan Bryant, Sean Crowley, Braham Ketcham, Mark Larsen, Lisa M. Kimmel, Daniel S. Marks, and Thomas D. Jackson.
