HDT Global has acquired of the business and assets of Spec Ops Inc. HDT, which produces expeditionary infrastructure systems for extreme environments, said the deal will expand its offering of expeditionary command and control and C4ISR platform systems to provide end users with the most comprehensive options on the market today. "With today's acquisition, HDT, already a leading provider of rugged Command and Control systems, increases our ability to provide our customers with a single, integrated solution for all levels of command operations centers," Michael J. Silvestro, HDT senior vice president of business development and government relations, said in a statement. "The combination of our proven solutions with those developed by SOI ensures that our customers will always be able to accomplish their mission regardless of the extreme operating conditions where they must perform."
