MC Sign isn’t letting a change in ownership slow down its own M&A activity. The Mentor-based company has acquired Integra Service Group of Schenectady, N.Y. Earlier this month, Caltius Equity Partners sold its equity interest in MC Sign to an entity affiliated with Arcapita Investment Management U.S. Inc. in a deal valued at more than $100 million. The acquisition of Integra and its services of electrical, voice and data installation, repair and rollout management will add to MC’s national signage and lighting services. "We will now have the ability to offer our clients in-house electrical services solutions, with a wider net of trusted vendors," Timothy Eippert, MC president and CEO, said in a statement. "We continue to look for ways to add value to our client base and this move will allow increased efficiency and further competitive pricing in our signage and lighting projects, as well as electrical as a new line of service."
