Ninth Street Capital Partners has acquired O’Keefe, a River Falls, Wisconsin-based commercial millwork manufacturer. Pittsburgh-based Tecum Capital Partners partnered with Ninth Street on the acquisition. Terms were not disclosed.
O’Keefe, which serves the Minneapolis and greater Midwest region, will be integrated into Ninth Street’s existing family of millwork companies.
“With over 20 years of experience serving the Midwest region, O’Keefe brings a strong track record of leadership in commercial millwork,” Ninth Street Managing Partner Michael Weiner said in a statement. “The current management team, lead by Brian Troska, shares our vision for a customer service oriented concept-to-completion manufacturer that provides finely crafted products.”
McDonald Hopkins provided legal counsel on the transaction and Tecum Capital Partners provided financing.
