Northern Ohio Regional MLS and the Centralized Real Estate Information Service are joining to form one company, Yes-MLS.

Yes-MLS will serve the region formerly included in NORMLS and CRIS — so all of the greater Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Youngstown areas — and will grow to include the Wayne/Holmes Association area, the Guernsey Muskingum Valley Association area, and the Marietta, Ohio and Parkersburg, West Virginia areas.

The combined membership will exceed 12,000 members and will serve 36 Counties in Ohio and West Virginia. Yes-MLS will be the largest MLS in Ohio and is expected to be fully complete by this spring.

“This consolidation is consistent with the needs of the real estate industry and will help brokers and agents more easily and seamlessly access listing content for true market areas,” NORMLS Chairman Ed Dolinsky said in a statement.

Carl DeMusz, current CEO of NORMLS will serve as CEO of Yes MLS. John Kurlich, current CEO of CRIS who will serve as COO. Dave Bissler, president of CRIS MLS, and Dolinsky will serve on the board.
