The Riverside Co. is ready to hit the big screen with its minority investment in Screenvision, a New York City-based cinema advertising company. Screenvision, which is majority owned by Abry Partners, helps brands tell their stories in cinemas nationwide. Screenvision works with exhibitor partners to create compelling, creative content that engages audiences. The company offers on-screen theater advertising, in-lobby promotions and marketing programs to national, regional and local advertisers, commanding nearly 15,000 screens across all 50 states. “Screenvision is a premier company that’s trusted by some of the world’s best-known advertisers, including many Fortune 50 brands,” Riverside Managing Partner Hal Greenberg said in a statement. “We’re excited to be part of its growth story, and look forward to helping its excellent management team capture more opportunities.” Riverside offers deep experience with technology companies and the advertising industry. “We welcome Riverside’s investment and look forward to working with them to help our company continue to thrive,” Screenvision CEO John Partilla said in a statement.
