Victory Commerce Center, a 434,000-square-foot spec industrial property, is set to be built in Glenwillow. The building will include 32-foot clear heights, 52 docks with an additional 68 dock locations, and parking for cars and trucks, according to a report by Cleveland.com. Geis Construction will oversee the building project located at 43000 Victory Pkwy on 30 acres in Glenwillow’s Diamond Business Park. The project is expected to wrap up in the first quarter of 2019. Westminster Capital, a real estate investment manager based in Lake Forest, Ill., will develop and own the building. JLL, based in Chicago with offices in Cleveland, represented Westminster Capital in acquiring the land, and will lease the completed space.
