The Shamrock Companies, a Northeast Ohio-based marketing, technology and project management solutions provider, announced today in a press release that it has acquired EnForm Graphic Productions, Inc.

For nearly 30 years, EnForm has earned its reputation as a leading resource for print marketing and direct mail appeal campaigns for the education and non-profit sectors. As EnForm joins Shamrock’s national organization, the Company augments its expertise in print-based solutions to include a comprehensive digital marketing service offering.

“Shamrock and EnForm is a natural fit,” said Tim Connor, COO of The Shamrock Companies. “We understand the value and the power of print. Where EnForm has a stronghold on traditional direct mail fundraising and other print-based capabilities, Shamrock balances those off-line tactics with our robust digital marketing services,” he said. “The benefit for our customers is that we’re able to marry the two together for balanced, more effective outcomes.”

With this acquisition, Shamrock further expands its footprint, establishing a physical presence in the Philadelphia market. “Steve (Kane) and his team at EnForm have nurtured a strong and loyal client base in Southeastern Pennsylvania and even beyond. Now as they operate under the Shamrock umbrella, they’ll continue to serve those customers but with greater capabilities and added benefits.”

Since 1992, EnForm has operated from its Langhorne, Pa. location, specializing in the publication and annual fund direct mail production for non-profit organizations, schools and universities. “The merger with Shamrock gives our customers a more complete marketing services solution,” said Steve Kane, former President of EnForm Graphic Productions. “From digital touches to promotional products, we’re now able to offer it all. It’s an efficiency that will save our customers time and money—and make our campaigns more effective,” he added.

“We’re excited to enhance our service offering, but without losing our personal approach to customer service. That fundamental customer-first approach is important to us—and we were glad to find that Shamrock shares that same mindset,” Kane said.
