Align Capital Partners’ portfolio company SEAM Group LLC has acquired BalticBerg Consulting Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw, Poland-based provider of resource management consulting services.
SEAM is the brand name for Align’s reliability and safety services platform, which comprises Predictive Service and Lewellyn Technology.
ACP acquired a majority stake in Lewellyn in November 2017 and then Lewellyn merged with Predictive Service in August 2018.
“This acquisition provides a unique opportunity to deepen our presence in Europe with an experienced team and extend our global reach for existing clients, while offering new services to BalticBerg’s customers,” ACP Managing Partner Chris Jones said.
This represents ACP’s fourteenth acquisition in its inaugural fund, Align Capital Partners Fund I, and the firm’s fourth acquisition of 2019.
Working alongside Chris Jones on this transaction were Operating Partner John Dupuy, Vice President Matt Beesley, and Senior Associate Kurt Smentek. ACP will continue to seek add-on acquisitions of niche predictive maintenance and safety service providers.
