Cleveland-based Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. has sold Huckestein Mechanical Services Inc. to Service Logic, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus. BGL's Environmental & Industrial Services team served as the exclusive financial adviser to Huckestein in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
