Cleveland’s BrownFlynn Ltd. has been acquired by London-based ERM, a global sustainability consultancy that is growing its U.S. operations.
ERM said the BrownFlynn acquisition strengthens its U.S. presence to a global capability as it partners with international standard bodies, industry organizations and investor groups.
“In ERM, we recognized a shared commitment to delivering client excellence and vision for being a global leader,” Barb Brown and Margie Flynn, BrownFlynn’s founders and principals, said in a statement. “Our entire team is delighted to join ERM and contributing to making that a reality.”
In February, ERM acquired Michael Pisani & Associates Inc., an environmental consultancy focused on clients on the U.S. Gulf Coast with the idea of broadening its service offerings in the oil and gas sector and in site remediation and wetlands/coastal ecology.
