Buckley King has acquired the Dayton law firm of Altick & Corwin Co., L.P.A. The merger adds to Buckley King's Ohio footprint and brings expanded practice areas including public-sector/municipal law, a military-focused family law practice, and a niche practice in identification and asset protection for Mega Millions and Ohio Lottery winners.
The two law firms share very similar values and culture, and the combination creates practice strengths that are highly complementary to the existing practices of both law firms.
Altick focuses on business law, government and municipal law, real estate, creditors' rights, trusts and estates, probate, divorce and family law, criminal law and personal injury.
Scott A. Liberman, Altick's managing partner stated, will continue in a leadership role as Partner-in-Charge of Buckley King Dayton office.
