Canton Cut Stone and Cleveland Cut Stone (CTS) have been acquired by Cincinnati’s Sims-Lohman, one of the city’s largest private companies.
With $135 million in sales and 470 team members, Sims-Lohman is the nation’s largest provider of kitchen cabinets, and granite and quartz countertops to building professionals. Post acquisition, the company will add two manufacturing plants, 60 team members and over $12 million in sales volume to its 19 existing sales showrooms in six states. The company also has three regional distribution centers and five manufacturing plants.
“We are very excited to welcome CTS team members and customers to the Sims-Lohman family,” Sims-Lohman President John Beiersdorfer said in a statement.
Sims-Lohman was Cincinnati’s 86th largest private company and its 55th fastest-growing private company in 2018.
