CBIZ Inc. is set to acquire substantially all the assets of Brinig Taylor Zimmer Inc.
The San Diego, California-based BTZ, with its 17 employees and approximately $4 million in revenue, is a specialized financial consulting firm providing forensic accounting, litigation consulting and business valuation services to a range of clients.
CBIZ President and CEO Jerry Grisko said the acquisition will add significant depth to the company’s existing forensic accounting practice.
