Kaulig Companies Limited, the single member family office for Matt Kaulig, has acquired ASTR Sports Agency, and hired ASTR founder Jim Walter as president of the newly formed division of the Kaulig Companies, Kaulig Sports & Entertainment.
Walter will be responsible for scaling Kaulig Sports & Entertainment into a globally recognized sports agency that delivers comprehensive athlete management and marketing services. Building on Walter’s success and existing world-class athlete roster, Kaulig Sports & Entertainment will specialize in creative partnerships and athlete branding focused on cross-marketing opportunities.
Kaulig Sports & Entertainment will be based out of the Kaulig Companies headquarters in Hudson, Ohio.
