Cleveland-based Majestic Steel USA Inc. has completed its acquisition of Titan Metal Service Inc., a Tampa, Florida-based steel service center and processor.
The strategic acquisition represents a significant step in Majestic's strategy to expand its business in the coated flat-rolled market. The addition of Titan enables Majestic to increase its presence and reach in the Southeast, particularly the growing Florida market.
