Altercare Integrated Health Services is poised to acquire six Ohio-based centers from the Tampa, FL-based Greystone Healthcare Management.
The deal, scheduled to be completed by Feb. 1, would add 541 licensed beds to the operations of the North Canton-based long-term healthcare provider. Two additional facilities are expected to be acquired in the following months.
The centers are located in Adena, Cambridge, Coshocton, Newark, Somerset, Thornville and Zanesville. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
