Ohio Ag Equipment, a farm equipment dealer based in Broadview Heights, is set to acquire the Huron County AGCO dealer, North Central Ag LLC.
Ohio Country Journal reported that the acquisition of North Central Ag will strengthen Ohio Ag Equipment’s presence in North Central Ohio.
All equipment sales, parts sales and service for North Central Ag will continue to be conducted out of its New London location. The deal is expected to close on June 22, 2019.
