Pine Technology Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: PTOC, PTOCW, PTOCU), a special purpose acquisition company, and The Tomorrow Companies Inc. have agreed to terminate the previously announced agreement and plan of merger due to market conditions and will not complete their previously announced business combination.
Pine Technology intends to continue to pursue the consummation of a business combination with an appropriate target.
