The Riverside Company is still hungry for public safety software companies, even after acquiring iView Systems to add to its St. Louis, Mo.-based Omnigo Software, a provider of public safety software primarily focused on law enforcement, education and health care.
Toronto-based iView focuses its software on security and surveillance personnel in the gaming and hospitality markets.
“iView has an incredibly strong product offering,” Riverside Managing Partner Loren Schlachet said. Terms were not disclosed, but Riverside said it is looking for other add-ons for Omnigo.
