Beachwood-based Retail Value Inc. has closed on the $35.1 million sale of Douglasville Pavilion, a Douglasville, Ga., property.
Publicly traded RVI, which was spun off from DDR (now SITE Centers) this summer, said in a press release that the net proceeds from the deal were used to repay its mortgage debts.
This is the second deal in as many weeks in November for RVI, which closed on the sale of Orlando's International Drive Value Center the week prior.
