Cleveland’s Sweeping Corp. of America Inc. landed a $60 million credit facility with Comerica Inc. to support upcoming add-on acquisitions and growth initiatives. "Securing this credit facility is an important milestone for SCA, allowing us to continue our growth in key markets, both acquisitively and organically," said John Landefeld, SCA’s CFO. SCA, which services municipalities, departments of transportation, road and paving contractors, retail and commercial parking lots, and industrial complexes, is the largest self-performing power sweeping company in the U.S. The company had a busy 2017. In March, it was acquired by the New York PE firm Soundcore Capital Partners LLC along with that platform’s first add-on, SCA’s sister company, Sani-Tech JetVac Services LLC. In August, SCA acquired PA’s Reilly Sweeping Inc., a multistate company that brought SCA to 21 locations with a fleet of 350 units.
