The Shamrock Companies, a Northeast Ohio-based marketing, technology and project management solutions provider, has acquired Cincinnati Print Solutions.
Since 2005, Cincinnati Print Solutions has concentrated on print and print management. Now as part of Shamrock’s national organization, the company dramatically expands its solutions to include robust fulfillment and logistics services, marketing and creative services, promotional and premium products, merchandising programs, and innovative technology integration.
“As Cincinnati Print Solutions joins our team, Shamrock is not only gaining exceptional talent and expertise, we’re strengthening our physical presence in all of the State’s major metropolitan markets,” said Tim Connor, COO of The Shamrock Companies, in a statement. Shamrock’s new Cincinnati team will build on their core print business, with a commitment to innovation and next-generation technology solutions for their customers in Southern Ohio.

For 15 years, Cincinnati Print Solutions operated as a print provider from its Milford, Ohio location. “The merger with Shamrock has broadened our reach, offering our customers a larger portfolio of products and services,” said Mark Johnson, former President of Cincinnati Business Solutions. “We now have the resources and the buying power associated with Shamrock’s national network, which allows us to provide these services at an even greater value.”
