Traxium LLC has acquired the assets of R & J Printing Enterprises, which does business as Newhouse Printing in Dover. Newhouse joins Printing Concepts, Marketing Concepts, Fulfillment Concepts, Packaging Concepts, Media Concepts and Serendipity Holdings as part of the Traxium family of companies.
John Carpenter, former president of Newhouse Printing, has transitioned to the role of executive VP of business development at Traxium and will lead the sales, marketing and business development efforts for all divisions.
“Our valued customers can expect to receive the superior product and excellent service that is the trademark of both Newhouse and Printing Concepts, as well as look forward to our continued expansion of both traditional and on-demand printing and marketing services,” Traxium CEO George Schmutz said in a statement.
